There is no ticket queue, no chatbot and no support tier. Bug reports, corrections, takedown requests, feature ideas and questions about how the tool works all arrive in the same inbox and are handled in the order they land , with anything about someone's own content moved to the front.

Include the handle you searched and what you saw if you are reporting a problem. A profile that fails for one account and works for another is the single most useful detail you can give us. What to Contact Us About

The messages we can act on fastest fall into six groups:

• A profile that will not load: with the handle and the message you saw
• A download that failed: with the tab it came from and your browser
• Wrong information on the site: a claim that is out of date or simply incorrect
• A takedown request: content of yours you want removed from our cache
• A feature you need: including formats and languages we do not cover yet
• Press, research or partnership: including how the tool is built

Removal and Takedown Requests

We store no archive of Instagram media, so in most cases there is nothing on our side to delete: public profile data is cached for roughly 10 minutes and then expires on its own. Where a takedown still matters, we act on it.

1. Email hello@anonymousinstagramstoryviewer.com with the account handle and what you want removed.
2. Tell us whether you are the account owner or acting for them.
3. We clear the relevant cache entry and confirm by reply, usually the same working day.

Making your Instagram account private removes it from this tool and every tool like it, permanently and without needing our cooperation. It is the strongest step available to you, and we will say so rather than pretend otherwise. The terms of service set out the same process in the takedown section.

What We Cannot Help With

Four requests arrive regularly that no message to us can resolve:

• Private account access. Instagram checks follower approval on its own servers. There is no request you can send us that changes it, and Instagram's Help Centre (opens in a new tab) says the same.
• Recovering an expired story. Instagram deletes the file at 24 hours and we keep no copy.
• Telling you who viewed your story. Only your own Instagram app shows that, for 48 hours.
• Recovering a hacked Instagram account. That is Instagram's own account recovery process (opens in a new tab), and no third party can act for you.

What Happens After You Write

1. Your message is read and sorted by type.
2. Anything about someone's own content is moved to the front of the queue.
3. A technical report gets reproduced before it gets answered, so the reply says what we found.
4. You receive a reply within two working days, including when the answer is that we cannot help.

We do not send automated replies, and we never use a contact address for anything but replying. What happens to the details you type into the form below, including the relay provider it passes through, is set out in theprivacy policy.
